Small Business Assessment Survey - PLEASE COMPLETE

All businesses are asked to please complete the Small Business Damage Assessment Survey that is through the State of Florida.

This survey will help the State/Feds gauge our needs for assistance.

Navarre area businesses an integral part in our recovery and we need their assistance to make this happen.
