Tonnette Hoffman, APRN, joins Santa Rosa Medical Group - Navarre Primary Care.

MILTON, Fla. - Santa Rosa Medical Group (SRMG) is expanding its Navarre Family Medicine care team with the addition of Tonnette Hoffman, APRN, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). Tonnette begins March 5 in the Navarre Primary Care office, joining Danielle Ostrowski, APRN and Joan Mosher, APRN.

“This area has a diverse population of the military, growing families and those exploring new life chapters,” Hoffman said. “I am excited to get to know and support patients and their families, regardless of their stage in life.” 

The addition of Tonnette at SRMG’s Navarre location means patients in southern Santa Rosa County and surrounding areas have more access to primary care providers. 

“We know Navarre needs more options for primary care services and we are actively working to provide families with more access to preventative healthcare,” said Justin Serrano, CEO of Santa Rosa Medical Center. “We’re excited to have Tonnette join Danielle and Joan in providing these services to those living in that community.”

Tonnette earned her Master of Science in Nursing and undergraduate degree from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. Before moving to NWFL, Tonnette worked in a rural healthcare setting in Ohio – providing preventative care to patients from 5 years old to the elderly. She has a special interest in preventive care, military and deployment health, nutrition and exercise, sports and wellness physicals, pediatric and geriatric care as well as acute and chronic medical conditions. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
