    Animal Services closing early Wed., Sep. 11 due to weather
     
    Santa Rosa County Animal Services will close at 4 p.m. on Wed., Sep. 11 due to expected hazardous weather conditions from Hurricane Francine. 
     
    The shelter is expected to reopen by 11:30 a.m. on Thur., Sept. 12.
