In this training I cover communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, customer service, conflict resolution, respect & civility. It’s created for front-line workers that have to deal with customers and each other every day.
Alan Bernstein, SHRM-SCP is owner and Chief Human Resource Consultant of HR Office Savers. Alan advises small business clients on employment practices and Human Resources solutions related to compliance, professional development, employee relations, total rewards, and more. He is active in the community serving as Board Member of Melbourne Regional Chamber of Commerce, Immediate Past-President of the Space Coast Human Resources Association, and Communications Director for HR Florida. Additionally, he has been voted Best Consultant on the Space Coast and HR Florida Volunteer of the Year.
