    On April 17th, 2023 the Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge would like to  invite you to join us as we dedicate the Jan Foster & Larry Rolison Memorial Garden on our property located at 3051 Cloptons Circle Navarre, Florida. This garden is being dedicated to two of our community's most beloved members who not only supported the mission of ECWR but also dedicated a good part of their lives to the betterment of Santa Rosa County.
