Sound Healing Immersion with Kasey Valdivia

Close your eyes and open your ears as we journey into sacred sound and the senses, for a powerful "Sound Healing Immersion" with Kasey Valdivia. CAYT, Sound Healer & Reiki Master. 

This Sacred Sound Healing begins with a short guided-meditation to prepare your body and mind for the Sacred Sound Bath experience. Lying down on mats with a cushion under your head, and a bolster under your knees for back support, you will be saturated in the sacred sounds of gong, charka tuned quartz crystal bowls, singing bowls, chimes and steel tongue drum. The healing frequencies and vibrations will wash away all your stress, tension, and cares. Time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration, sensation and experience.

Sound healing has the power to cleanse negative energy and emotions, break old unhelpful patterns of behavior and subconscious fears, and resets the physical, emotional, and mental body into peace and harmony on a cellular level.

Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the sound bath. The doors will be locked 5 minutes before start time. Our space is limited, it is VERY important to cancel your reservation a minimum of 24 hours in advance, if you are unable to attend. This will allow you to use your pass at a later time. Otherwise you will lose your purchased pass. Thank you for understanding.

Come well hydrated and eat light before the sacred sound bath, bring a water bottle and a mat with you. Also, ensure that you wear loose comfortable clothing. That is all you need to do in order to prepare for your sacred sound therapy session.
