    Event Description:
    Experience deep meditation and tension release at ElemenTree Yoga. Ris will lead a sound bath and guided meditation inspired by Zen and Taoism to bring participants to a relaxed, and deep state of awareness. Experience new states of meditation and release tension through the healing vibrations of a gong, crystal xylophone, chimes, flutes, drums, and more. 
    March 11 @ 3-4:15 pm.
