SAIL Awards Planning Committee

The SAIL Awards Planning Committee is a dedicated group of Navarre Chamber members who work collaboratively to plan and execute the Chamber’s Annual SAIL Awards & Installation Breakfast. Guided by Committee Chair, Gretchen Ludwig with My Home Watch & Grocery Concierge, and this year’s theme, “Sail On, Sailor,” the committee helps bring to life an event that celebrates perseverance, resilience, and the enduring strength of our local business community.

The Committee is responsible for shaping the overall vision of the event, coordinating logistics, supporting award nominations and selections, assisting with program development, and ensuring the breakfast reflects the excellence and unity of Navarre’s businesses. From honoring outstanding achievements to celebrating leadership and local impact, the committee plays a key role in creating a meaningful and memorable experience for attendees.

The SAIL Awards Planning Committee meets Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. and welcomes members who are passionate about community engagement, collaboration, and showcasing the success stories that help Navarre continue to sail on, no matter the storm.
