As you may have heard, the Chamber is looking for non-profit organization members that are interested in volunteering to pour beer and wine in the Beer & Wine Tent for a 3-hour shift during Fun Fest.
The volunteers in the Beer & Wine Tent are responsible for checking IDs, pouring beer and wine, and helping to keep the Tent tidy.
Any and all tip money received during your shift goes back to your organization. This is a fun way to raise some money, as well as gain extra exposure for your non-profit organization.
We are looking for six (6) organizations to volunteer for the following shifts:
- Friday, April 25
4-7, 7-10
- Saturday, April 26
10-1, 1-4, 4-7, 7-10
To be eligible to be selected for one of the 3-hour shifts, make sure you have a representative at the next Commerce & Coffee on Friday, March 28th at 7 am at the Navarre Conference Center.
Additionally, you need to email Chanda Ryan at chanda.ryan@navarrechamber.com so that your Organization will be included in the Chance Drawing on the 28th.
During the program we will be doing a special drawing to randomly select the volunteers for each shift. If you have any questions and/or you need additional information, please let me know.
