    Date: October 1, 2021 - October 31, 2021
    Event Description:

    SCARECROWS IN NAVARRE MAP

To help our area gear up for the Halloween holiday and fall, the Navarre Chamber is hosting a free community scarecrow competition, asking individuals, families, businesses, groups, schools and organizations to participate.

The event will be held from October 1-31, 2021.

There will be four prizes awarded for:
    • People’s Choice (Selected from the Scarecrow with the most "LIKES" on their photo from the Scarecrows In Navarre Photo Alburm on The Navarre Chamber's Facebook Page)
    •
    • Most Creative
    •
    • Best Dressed
    •
    • A Local Business Entry

All Navarre area residents are encouraged to build a scarecrow and place it in front of your home, office or shop.  Businesses can choose to display their scarecrow inside their business.

The Chamber hopes the event will attract not only locals, but individuals and families from neighboring communities, in hopes of capturing some business and restaurant sales. The idea is to get people out and about and, hopefully, get them in the doors of our area businesses.

The Chamber would love to see the scarecrows stay visible through October and maybe through part of November.”

With the COVID Surge we just don't know what community events will be happening so we’re trying to keep the Navarre area going strong.

Tough times don't last - tough communities do!

Partnerships are encouraged!  Organizations without a storefront can partner with a Navarre area business to host their scarecrow!
