    Everyone is invited to the Navarre Chamber's February Military & Veteran Affairs Committee Meeting on Monday, February 3rd at 11:30 am in the Ira Mae Hewatt Bruce Conference Room at The Navarre Chamber Information Center at 1804 Prado Street.

    CDR Stephanie "Bombshell" Biehle
    Installation Fuel Liaison Officer at NAS Whiting Field CDR Stephanie “Bombshell” Biehle

    CDR Stephanie “Bombshell” Biehle
    A native of San Diego, California, Commander Biehle graduated
    from the United States Naval Academy in 2006, earning a Bachelor
    of Science in English. She reported to NAS Pensacola for flight
    training in October 2006 and earned her Naval Aviator Wings in
    October 2008. In November 2008, CDR Biehle reported to the HS-
    10 “Warhawks” for initial fleet training as an SH-60F/HH-60H
    helicopter pilot.

    CDR Biehle began her operational flying in August 2009 with the
    “Legendary Black Knights” of HS-4. While a “Black Knight,” she
    deployed aboard the USS RONALD REAGAN (CVN-76),
    participating in Operation ENDURING FREEDOM, Operation
    TOMODACHI, and RIMPAC 2010 and 2012. CDR Biehle’s non-flying jobs included serving
    as the Legal Officer, SAR Officer and NATOPS Officer. As the NATOPS Officer, she managed
    the squadron’s transition to the MH-60S Armed Helicopter system.

    Following her tour with HSC-4, CDR Biehle reported to the HSC-2 “Fleet Angels” as an MH-60S
    FRS instructor. During her tenure at HSC-2, CDR Biehle served as the Legal Officer, Aircraft
    Division Officer and Lead Scheduling Officer.

    In 2015, CDR Biehle reported to COMSPAWAR SYSCOM as the Flag Aide to RDML David H.
    Lewis. CDR Biehle served as the Flag Aide from May 2015 to October 2016. During her time as
    a Flag Aide, CDR Biehle completed a Masters of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies
    with a focus in Counter-Terrorism from the Naval War College and completed her Executive
    Masters in Business Administration from the Naval Post-Graduate School.

    In 2017, CDR Biehle joined the “Wildcards” where she served as the squadron Safety Officer and
    Admin Officer and Operations Officer.

    In 2019, CDR Biehle joined the “Merlins” at HSC-3 where she served as the squadron Admin
    Officer and the Command Advisor on Pregnancy and Parenthood (CAPP).

    In 2021, CDR Biehle reported to DCNO N1 where she served as the Deputy Chief Enterprise
    Architect/Transformation Technical Director and program lead for Fleet Manning Requirements
    Determination (FMRD)/Shore Manning Requirements Determination.

    In 2024, CDR Biehle reported to NAS Whiting Field where she is currently serving as the
    Installation Fuel Liaison Officer.

    CDR Biehle has accumulated hours in the SH-60 F/H, MH-60S and MQ-8B/C. Her awards
    include a Meritorious Service Medal (1 award), Navy Commendation Medal (5 awards),
    Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal (1 award), and various service awards and ribbons.
