    Event Description:
    The Panhandle Butterfly House is offering a special class on propagating milkweed Saturday, July 8 from 10:30 a.m. until noon. Learn how to plant milkweed from seed and make cuttings from existing plants. Milkweed is the host plant that monarch caterpillars love to eat! The cost is $5 and covers all supplies and plants that go home with participants. Register and purchase tickets here by July 5.

    The Panhandle Butterfly House, located in Navarre Park on Hwy 98 at the foot of the Navarre Beach Bridge, is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Admission is through donations and the generosity of its visitors helps sustain its educational exhibit. Pre-scheduled tours for groups of 10 or more are available Monday through Wednesday.
