    The Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce is excited the present the Inaugural Shamrocks & Shenanigans Festival sponsored by Florida Power & Light, Santa Rosa County Tourist Development Office and SunFarm Energy!
     

    This free-to-attend, outdoor community Arts & Music Festival is open to attendees of all ages and will feature local artists and live local music. Grab a cooler, your beach chairs/blankets and some friends and join us for an afternoon of fun on beautiful Navarre Beach.
    Festival-goers are encouraged to wear a shamrock’n outfit dressed in green to compete in the Inaugural Shamrocks & Shenanigans Costume Competition. The winner will be announced at 6 pm, at the end of the Tommy Kelly Concert.
    Costume Contest Participants must check-in and register at The Navarre Chamber Information Tent. More details to be announced soon.

    DON'T MISS OUR FESTIVAL HEADLINER: TOMMY KELLY
    Tommy Kelly, an American singer-songwriter from Indiana, will headline the Inaugural Shamrocks & Shenanigans Festival on Navarre Beach on Saturday, March 19th at 4 pm - 6 pm.
    Kelly is a seasoned performer. Since he was seventeen his voice has gripped audiences, taking the stage as front man to cover bands and rocking out not-too-unlike his early inspiration, Jim Morrison.
    But it was in Kelly's own adventure into the American west that his focus re-oriented toward songwriting and developing as a solo artist. Fusing his love of performing, whether to a happy crowd of 5 or 5,000, with the creative thrill in writing original music, Kelly recently recorded his debut EP, "Blood Moon" in Nashville, TN.
    Anchored by Kelly's exciting vocal range, the scope of his music - soulful, intelligent, forged with funk and laid back dynamism - is inspired by an array of artists such as Sturgill Simpson, Eddie Vedder, Jason Isbell, and Josh Tillman.
     

    Rachel Clearman to Open for Tommy Kelly at 2:30pm
     

    Rachel Clearman, an up and coming Gulf Coast Musical Artist, is a 17 year old singer-songwriter & multi-instrumentalist, and she will perform at 2:30 pm.  Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Rachel has been writing and performing since she was 10 years old. 

     

    She is currently performing from Pensacola to Destin, including Gallery Nights and Tunes by the Dunes on Navarre Beach.

     

    Her timeless sound is well beyond her years thanks to her deep musical soul. She provides performances for any size audience; small restaurant crowds, outdoor festivals, or large ticketed events. 

     

    Rachel delivers a unique mix of popular covers from over the years, while showcasing her own originals. She will be performing solo on acoustic and ukulele, and her dad will also be joining her with a small cajon box drum & djembe percussions.


     

    ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
    - Dogs are NOT ALLOWED in the Navarre Beach Marine Park
    - Don't forget to bring your beach chairs and/or blankets for an afternoon of fun. 

    - There are two (2) separate Costume Contests:  One is at 8 am in conjunction with the Shamrock Stroll 5K Fun Run/Walk/Pet Parade/Costume Contest, and the other will be taking place during the Tommy Kelly Concert from 4 pm to 6 pm in the Navarre Beach Marine Park.

     

    The Inaugural Shamrocks & Shenanigans Festival will take place in the Navarre Beach Marine Park - a beautiful environment for an arts festival. The partnership with the Santa Rosa County Tourist Development Office and numerous community partners means that this Inaugural Festival expects to be one of the top events on the Navarre area’s calendar.

     

    A limited number of vendor space and sponsorships are currently available.

    • Single booths are 10x10 feet, Double booths are 10x20 and artists can share booths.
    • Artists must supply their own tent.
    • Applicable fees can be found on the application website.

     

    Artists can expect Regional press related to this event. Approved applications also include the benefit of an 'Artist spotlight' (with a link to the artist's website) on the event website.
