FDOT PUBLIC KICK-OFF MEETING

The FDOT is holding a public kick-off meeting regarding a Project Development and Environment Study that will examine potential improvements for State Road 30 (US 98).  The project begins at Portside Drive in SRC and continues to S.R.393 in Okaloosa County, a distance of approximately 24.5 miles.  US 98 is the premier arterial roadway throughout Florida's Gulf Coats; the corridor serves a number of different users including:  home to work commuters, a large retirement population, military facilities and vacationers.
