Calling All Culinary and Master Mixologist Enthusiasts: Join the Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge Martini-Gras - Mardi Gras Martini Shake off and Cajun Food Competition!

[Navarre, Florida] – The Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge (ECWR) is excited to announce the upcoming Martini-Gras – Martini Shake-off and Cajun Food competition, scheduled to take place on February 3rd, 2024, at St Sylvester's Catholic Church from 6pm until 10pm with a Mardi Gras themed evening filled with great libations, food and fun.

Everyone is invited to showcase their culinary talents by participating in this festive event. With over 200 enthusiastic attendees expected, this is an excellent opportunity to share a fun evening with friends, engage with the community and (maybe) tantalize taste buds with your best Martini and/or Cajun food fare all while raising funds for the mission of ECWR.

What to Expect:

• Martini and Cajun Food Sampling: Guests will have the chance to sample the finest Martinis and Cajun Mardi Gras dishes throughout the evening. (Main Dinner catered & non- alcoholic beverages included, cash bar available)

• Exciting Activities: The event features photo booths, bingo, silent auction, and fantastic prizes for People's Choice winners.

How to Participate:

• No competitive edge needed to attend!

• Tickets: $50/ person $90/couple $250/ table of 6

• If you wish to enter your own award-winning fare:

Entry Fees: $250.00 Commercial business $150 non-commercial. Entry fees includes 2 attendance tickets & swag bags. Corporate fee includes acknowledgement at the event and allows for advertising/ marketing at the event.
