    Event Description:
    We invite you to join us for United Way of West Florida’s 27th Annual Day of Caring on Friday, October 4.

    Day of Caring is the largest single-day volunteer event in Northwest Florida, bringing together energetic and passionate volunteers to complete community service projects at local schools and nonprofit agencies. Last year, more than 900 volunteers rolled up their sleeves across our community to spend time with seniors, read to students, paint, build, refurbish, landscape, and so much more. They completed 122 projects at 55 local nonprofit agencies and schools, and donated 4,877 hours of their time – in just ONE day! The value of this impact was over $116,000 to our community!

    This year, we are excited to expand our efforts across both Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties for a truly UNITED day of caring.
