    Event Description:
    The Navarre High School JROTC will be having a short "9-11” ceremony, on Thursday at the Flag Pole area at NHS at 10:30 am. 

    The JROTC will start at daybreak placing 2,996 Flags in the ground for the 13th straight year, and they will finish at sunset.
